It’s a Database That Can Explode

This week on TechTonic, Stephen Hackett joined us to talk about the world’s 31 years with Mac technology. We reviewed what it was like growing up with computers going all the way back to the Apple IIc and Super Munchers.

We also assessed the new Photos for Mac app. We aren’t thrilled with some of the ambiguity it introduces. Which pictures are in local storage, which photos are on iCloud, and how much is it going to cost us? Considering that our photo libraries are our most precious personal possessions in digital storage, we are ever cautious, yet optimistic.
